Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).
