A Cozy Community
Beachfront properties are a hot commodity and while many condo communities try to pack as many properties as possible onto a plot of land, the Edgewater Condominiums community keeps it cozy, limiting the number of escapes that can be found on its footprint. This leaves more beach room for guests, keeps nights quiet, and just makes for an altogether better vacation experience. Also offering a close proximity to the downtown area of South Padre Island, we just can’t find anything you won’t like about these SPI vacation rentals, except for the fact that you have to leave them at the end of your stay.
Community Amenities
Edgewater Condominiums is a rather generous community, offering many more amenities than you might expect, including elevators, something you may not consider an amenity until you have to carry your luggage up too many flights of stairs. The resort pool offers a cool alternative to swimming in salt water, if only because sometimes you just don’t want sand in all those crevices on your body. And because the pool sits on the edge of the sand, you can still hear the roar of the sea as you relax sand-free in the loungers that surround the pool. The accompanying hot tub that will be your best friend after traveling all those miles in the cramped confines of an airplane, also sits on the edge of the beach, but you may have trouble hearing the roar of the sea over the roar of the jets that are hitting all the right spots on your achy body. A tennis court adds fun to your Texas trip of a lifetime as does the community grilling area, which encourages you to spend even more time outside. Finally, adding to the feeling of safety, this community is gated as well.

Salt air and seawater will tire you out, but that isn’t the only reason you will sleep so well during your South Padre Island adventures.
