Welcome to one of South Padre Island's crown jewels located at 5202 Gulf Blvd! A stunning beachfront townhome with private pool, located in the heart of South Padre Island. This exquisite property offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene ambiance, perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway.
Starting on the interior, the living and dining area are located on the first floor, just off of the kitchen, and are outfitted with cable/satellite TV and free WiFi, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your stay. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the stunning ocean scenery. The dining area provides ample seating for 8 people at table and an additional 3 seats at the bar countertop.
The fully equipped kitchen is located on the first floor and boasts granite countertops, modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cookware and dinnerware for your convenience.
With four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. All four bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and their layout features three luxurious king-sized beds, four twin beds, and ample space, ensuring everyone has their own retreat. Rest assured, you will sleep peacefully while listening to the soothing ocean waves.
