Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 1 dog, max 15lbs (cats and other animals are NOT permitted)
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week.
➡️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Florence I building will be undergoing exterior repairs from October 20th through late November 2025 (with possible extension into December). During this time the pool area will be closed. Guests may experience construction noise, scaffolding, and limited balcony views from the balcony. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while these necessary improvements are completed. ⬅️

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the beach. Fully furnished with basic cookware and utensils. The master bedroom room has a comfortable queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins. This South Padre Island beachfront one bedroom condo also has
wifi and cable television. There is a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.
Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided
Every stay at Florence I #402 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
