Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

The Saida complex offers three pools (one heated), four tennis courts and four jacuzzi's. Saida Royale 88-89 is located within walking distance of fine dining, shops and more. You will have private beach access to South Padre Island's sandy beaches.
The master bedroom entails a King bed and the guest bedroom entails two Queen beds. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen televisions. Cable television and wifi are included as well. The fully stocked kitchen features contemporary counter tops and a breakfast bar with stools. This condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Every stay at Saida Royale # 88-89 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings.
