If you are looking for a charming beach getaway, look no further! Dunes #105 is your very own tropical escape. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this updated condo is perfect for couples, families or a small group of friends. The Main bedroom, located off the living room, is equipped with a Queen and Twin size trundle beds and a flat screen TV. Attached is a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom entails two queen beds and a flat screen TV. An additional full bathroom is shared between the guest room and common areas. The bathroom also features a walk-in shower.
The spacious living room has ample seating around a flat screen TV and has an open concept layout with the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The patio features an outdoor table as well, which is ideal for enjoying the beautiful island breeze under the shade! The property also comes with a washer and dryer for guest use, Wifi internet and cable.
Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, lay back poolside or use the sun deck to soak up the warm South Padre Island sun. Walk to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and the beach within minutes! Dunes Condominiums is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach!
