Vehicle Maximum: 1 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 1 dog, max 15lbs each (cats and other animals are NOT permitted)
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

An oversized master bedroom hosts a comfy bed and a sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping accommodations. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this functional, cozy beach retreat.
Located on the southern end of South Padre Island, Saida Towers is within convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park. Make your reservation today at Saida, South Padre Island's beach front playground!
Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own.
