Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5106A Gulf Blvd is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floorplan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guestrooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.
