The kitchen is built for a chef, with ample countertop space for meal preparation, huge refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, and massive propane stove. The large counter space offers plenty of room for extra seating close to the dining area. The living room features a large flat screen tv with a large couch able to accommodate guests while watching their favorite shows or movies.
The second and third floors entail 5 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The bedrooms are all exceptionally large, especially the master suites! The bathrooms have incredibly detailed tile work and offer guests ample space. This home offers balconies on the front and backyard, whether you want to watch your family and friends play in the pool area, or hang out on the oceanside where you can see South Padre Island's beautiful white sandy beaches. The property is also located within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, entertainment & much more!
