The first floor living area is equipped with a pool table in addition to a newest model large screen TV. The backyard is easily accessible through the living/dining area. This beautifully landscaped backyard offers a private heated pool and hot tub where guests can relax and let their cares float away with the island breeze. This home has several balconies... 1400 square feet of balconies! The 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies on the front and back of the house. These balconies are easily accessible from the bedrooms and provide a great area to see the views of the bay. It is the perfect spot to view South Padre Island's famous sunsets! Guests can park their vehicles in the spacious two car garage and in the driveway.
This home is located within walking distance of the entertainment district, local shops, and restaurants so you are never to far away from a good time. A great feature guests can enjoy is a bay access next to the house which offers an area to fish and capture the views of the Laguna Madre Bay! This property has it al! With two separate living areas and a sun room on the 3rd floor there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax when they are not out by the pool. Six large flat screen televisions means no one will have to miss the big game or their favorite show.
